The typical engineering setup is Mac laptop + Goobuntu workstation.


A typical engineering setup. There are quite a few of us using Goobuntu Thinkpads or Chromebooks. (Since you can't have code checked out on your laptop, a Chromebook is not as disadvantageous as one would imagine.)
